Transparency

How we handle your trust.

Operating principles that distinguish information, professional support, commercial interests and data handling.

01

General information

The dossiers organise sources and editorial judgement. They do not, on their own, constitute financial, legal, tax, immigration or technical advice for a specific case.

02

Contractual scope

An engagement begins when objectives, deliverables, fees, responsibilities and limitations are agreed. An initial conversation does not constitute a mandate or guarantee an outcome.

03

Commissions and referrals

If Paraguay Insider or a team member receives a commission, success fee or third-party benefit, that relationship is disclosed before the relevant decision.

04

External professionals

Regulated or technical validations are assigned to appropriately licensed professionals. Their identity, role and financial relationship must be visible in the scope of work.

05

Privacy and confidentiality

Shared data is limited to the purpose of the contact or service, with access restricted to those who need to be involved. A complete legal policy and a formal channel for exercising rights will be added before publication.

06

Risk and outcomes

No investment, residency approval, timeline, return or exit is guaranteed. Final decisions rest with the client and the relevant authorities or counterparties.
